Starcrossed (2005)

it's written and directed by James Burkhammer and is basically about these two brothers who fall in love with each other. it's only fifteen minutes long, and it sounds like a pretty weird idea for a film, but it was actually really sweet. one of the boys was Marshall Allman, who plays LJ in Prison Break, which is how i stumbled across this film. i love the character he plays, he seems so innocent, and damaged by his fathers obsession with success. he obviously needs someone to look after him, and his brother seems to care for him a lot, probably more than a girl who hasn't been through the same thing as they have. in that way, it does seem pretty realistic that they might actually end up struggling with something like accidentally falling in love with each other.
I can't really say too much about it without giving the whole story away, but i suggest that if you're open minded enough to see the sweet side of it, then you should go watch it, but i can imagine quite a few people hating on this film, just because it's kind of a bizarre idea.
So today instead of putting up a trailer, i'll just put up the whole movie - it only took me a few minutes to find a good-ish version of it, and like i said - it's only like twelve minutes long so even if you hate it, it's not like you've really wasted too much time.
